Opportunities for children/young people with a disability

Children aged 0 –3 years

We offer a weekly play sessions to encourage and support your child’s development and work towards their early year’s milestones.

We offer:

  • A weekly session for you and your child to play together
  • A fun and stimulating environment to play
  • The tools you need to help with your child development
  • Support for you as a parent
  • Practical play development tools to use at home
  • Transition support to nursery

Children aged 4—11 years

We have weekly play opportunities for children to:

  • Socialise together
  • Make new friends
  • Build confidence
  • Learn new skills
  • Increase their overall well-being
  • Transition support to school

Young People aged 12—17 years

We deliver group session for young people aged 12—17 years offering:

  • A weekly session for 12 weeks
  • Opportunity for young people to socialise together
  • Make new friends
  • Share new experiences
  • Learn basic independence skills
  • Grow in confidence
  • Increase their overall well being
  • Transition support to school/college

During their time with us we will get to know your child and will focus on finding social and leisure activities within your own local area for continued growth.

Young Adults aged 18—25 years

Independence activity sessions to help young people make new friends, learn independence and social skills, build confidence and increase their overall well-being.

Providing transition support to help young adults building independence skills and strengthen resilience.
